Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the product is securely tucked inside its dust bag.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off & Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
